Working with Prospective Tenants
* As prospective tenants call in, we take the time to get to know what they are looking for and finding an apartment that works best for their needs * Schedule showing of apartment at convenience of all parties * Distributing application

Processing Prospective Tenants
* Background check of criminal activity & credit * Landlord reference going back two landlords * Employment Verification * Personal Reference

Selection
* Once application is processed, contact property owner with the results * Once application is accepted, we take the property off the rental market * Schedule lease appointment- if you do not have a lease, we have leases for property owners to review * At time of lease signing all funds are collected and forwarded to property owner * All mandatory forms are given to tenant along with any pertinent move in information
