Loiodice & Associates (pronounced: "Lō - yō - dee - chay") is a general law practice, focused in the areas of Real Estate law, Business and Contract law, Intellectual Property law, simple Estate Planning, and Criminal and Civil Litigation. Melissa M. Loiodice, J.D./M.S.W., is principal attorney at Loiodice & Associates. She is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA. Attorney Loiodice founded Loiodice & Associates in September 2005.

Our office is located at 34 Sumner Mountain Road on the scenic Amherst-Shutesbury line. We offer parking in the front of the building.

DIRECTIONS from Interstate 91:

From points South, take Rte. 91 North to exit 19. Take a right off of the ramp onto Rte. 9 East toward Amherst Center. Travel this road for approximately 6 miles. At the intersection of Rte. 9 and Rte. 116, take a left onto Pleasant Street. Travel this road for approximately 2.9 miles, until you can go no further, then take a right onto Pine Street. After approximately .2 miles, take the second left onto Bridge Street. After approximately .2 miles, take the first right onto Market Hill Road. Follow this road for approximately 1.4 miles, then take the first left onto January Hills Road. Travel this road for approximately .4 miles, then take the first right onto Kettle Hill Road, and bear right. This is Sumner Mtn. Road. Follow this road directly to our office.

From points North, take Rte. 91 South to exit 19. Take a left off of the ramp/at the traffic lights onto Damon Road. At the end of Damon Road, take a left onto Rte. 9 East toward Amherst Center. Travel this road for approximately 6 miles. At the intersection of Rte. 9 and Rte. 116, take a left onto Pleasant Street. Travel this road for approximately 2.9 miles, until you can go no further, then take a right onto Pine Street. After approximately .2 miles, take the second left onto Bridge Street.
